Find Clarity. Build Confidence. Move Forward.
One-to-one coaching for people who want to understand themselves more clearly, reconnect with what matters and begin creating meaningful change in their lives.
You do not need to have all the answers before you begin. Coaching gives you the space to explore what is happening, challenge familiar thinking and decide what you want your next step to be.
You can know you want something different without knowing exactly what comes next
Many people do not come to coaching because they need somebody to give them more information.
They come because they have been thinking about the same problem, decision or uncertainty for weeks, months or even years — and they are ready to look at it differently.
You may be questioning your direction, struggling with confidence, facing a decision, going through a transition or simply feeling that your life no longer reflects the person you want to be.
Coaching creates dedicated space to stop, think, explore and begin moving forward.
You may be ready for coaching if…
You Feel Stuck
You know something needs to change but cannot yet see clearly what that change should look like.
You Are Doubting Yourself
You may know what you want but find yourself repeatedly questioning your abilities, choices or judgement.
You Are Asking “What Next?”
A change in career, relationships, lifestyle or circumstances may have left you reconsidering where you want your life to go.
You Have A Choice To Make
Sometimes a focused conversation can help you see a difficult decision from perspectives you had not previously considered.
You Feel Disconnected From Yourself
You may have spent so much time meeting expectations or dealing with responsibilities that you are unsure what you genuinely want anymore.
You Want More From Life
Nothing may be dramatically wrong, but you know you want to live with greater intention, meaning and purpose.
Coaching Starts With The Relationship You Have With Yourself
I strongly believe that one of the most important relationships we will ever have is the relationship we have with ourselves.
That is why much of my work centres around what I call Self Coaching.
The aim is not to turn you into somebody else.
It is to help you reconnect with who you are, understand what matters to you, recognise your strengths and develop the confidence to make choices that feel authentic and purposeful.
Areas We May Explore Together
Every client is different. Your coaching will focus on the areas that matter to you rather than following a fixed formula.
Self-Awareness
Understanding your thoughts, behaviours, values, strengths and recurring patterns.
Self-Belief
Recognising your abilities and beginning to trust yourself more fully.
Self-Confidence
Developing greater confidence in yourself, your choices and your direction.
Self-Worth
Exploring how you value yourself, your needs and your contribution.
Self-Acceptance
Developing a healthier relationship with who you are rather than constantly judging yourself.
Self-Compassion
Learning to respond to setbacks and difficulties with greater understanding.
Self-Responsibility
Recognising the areas of your life where you can make choices and take ownership.
Self-Care
Creating habits, boundaries and choices that support your wider wellbeing.
Self-Empowerment
Moving from thinking about change towards actively participating in it.
Change becomes easier when you understand what you are changing towards
Greater Clarity
Become clearer about what matters to you and what you want your next chapter to contain.
More Authentic Choices
Begin making decisions that reflect your own values rather than living entirely around other people’s expectations.
Greater Resilience
Develop ways of responding to life’s challenges while continuing to move towards what matters to you.
Coaching Is A Conversation Designed To Create Awareness
Coaching is a collaborative conversation focused on helping you explore your goals, possibilities and future direction.
I will listen carefully and ask open questions designed to encourage awareness and challenge familiar thinking.
My role as a coach is not to make your decisions for you.
You remain responsible for deciding what feels right, what actions you want to take and what your way forward will look like.
Coaching Is Not About Telling You What To Do
Friends, family and colleagues may naturally offer opinions about what they believe you should do.
Coaching is different.
The conversation is designed to help you develop your own awareness, consider your options and make your own decisions.
A Clear Process With Space To Think
Sessions take place one-to-one via Microsoft Teams and follow a six-point coaching process.
Review
Where relevant, we begin by reviewing the previous session and any actions you chose to take.
Set The Goal
We establish what you would most like to explore or achieve during that particular conversation.
Explore The Present
We look at where you are now in relation to that goal and what may currently be influencing it.
Consider Your Options
You explore possibilities and perspectives, including options you may not previously have considered.
Agree Your Actions
You decide what, if anything, you want to do following the session.
Reflect & Summarise
We bring the session together by reflecting on the conversation and what you are taking away from it.
One Conversation Or A Longer Journey
There is no single number of coaching sessions that is right for everybody.
A One-Off Session
A single coaching conversation can be useful if you are facing a particular decision, feel stuck around one issue or simply need dedicated space to think clearly.
4–6 Sessions
This can work well if you are navigating a transition or looking to develop greater confidence, direction and momentum over time.
Longer-Term Coaching
More sessions may suit you if you want to explore wider themes such as purpose, identity, career direction or what you want the next stage of your life to become.
Choose The Level Of Support That Fits You
You can begin with a single conversation or choose a package where you want greater continuity and momentum.
£75
One focused coaching session around a goal, question or area you would like to explore.
£140
A dedicated 90-minute coaching conversation for deeper exploration of a particular issue or decision.
£290

£440
Greater continuity for people who want more time to explore, reflect and develop their next steps.
Sometimes The Right Questions Change The Way You See The Problem
“I really enjoyed working with Judy. She really challenged my thinking and got me to easily identify the areas I wanted to work on and incorporate strategies to feel empowered and motivated to move forward.”
“Judy is amazing when it comes to tapping into values and beliefs and asks questions that have made me really think about what is important to me and help put my priorities into perspective.”
Come As Yourself
You do not need a perfectly prepared speech or a detailed plan.
It is helpful to have a goal, question or aspiration you would like to explore, but the most important thing is that you feel able to talk openly and honestly.
I recommend finding somewhere quiet where you will not be disturbed or overheard.
You may also find it helpful to have water, a pen, paper or your diary nearby.
Before You Begin
Where Do Sessions Take Place?
Coaching sessions are delivered privately online via Microsoft Teams.
Do I Need To Commit To A Package?
No. You can choose a single session or discuss whether a longer period of coaching would better suit what you want to explore.
What If Coaching Is Not Right For Me?
The Chemistry Call gives both you and Judy an opportunity to discuss what you need and whether coaching is an appropriate fit.
You Do Not Need To Know Exactly Where You Are Going Before You Start
Your Chemistry Call is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you here, what you would like to explore and whether working together feels right.
